How do I access my Portal Account?

Please visit the 24/7 ACCOUNT PORTAL. This portal will give you access to all of your policies listed with AIC. If this is your first time to the portal, please create a new account and follow the steps. 

How do I pay my bill?

Our 24/7 ACCOUNT PORTAL will help you manage all of your policy information. 

How do I file a claim?

If you would like to file a claim, please call AIC immediately after the loss and we can help walk you through the process. If we are closed during the time of the claim, please contact your company directly and file the claim with one of their trained claims professionals. Check your account information in our 24/7 ACCOUNT PORTAL.

How do I make a change to my policy?

If you would like to make a change to your policy, please call AIC Insurance and speak with an agent.

Who has authority to change my policy?

Named Insureds are the only people who can make any alterations to an active policy. Named Insureds are the individuals named on the policy and are the owners of the policy. Additional Interest, Lienholders, Banks, or anyone other than the named insured cannot make any changes to a policy without the consent of a Named Insured to the Agent.

How do I get a proof of Insurance?

In order to get a proof of insurance, you can either reach out to your company and make a request or you can always call AIC and we will process your request within 24 hours. You may also access your proof of insurance in the 24/7 ACCOUNT PORTAL.
